Note : Your booking will be secured in the moment of payment in advance (10 - 50 % of the total sum).
Booking procedure :
- in the morning of the day when you can pay you will announce us ( by email or phone ) as well you have to inform us about the chosen offer and the requested period
- after we receive your reservation we will respond with a confirmation
- in order to make a reservation you must send, by e-mail or fax, your personal information including an address, where you will receive in original the necessary papers of the accommodation (invoice, voucher, contract)
- we will send you by email or fax the proform invoice and the contract
- the payment must be deposited to our bank account, after which you must inform us of the transfer and your reservation will then be secure
- we will send you the necessary papers and other details about the accommodation
